I'm doing this collection a little bit differently than I've done with previous collections. With previous collections, I uploaded the homes as I finished them, but with this one, I'd like to finish my planned lots, and then release them in bulk! So, I'll be giving previews of lots I'm working on, or have finished for the collection! I have every EP and SP, so there's a little of each dabbled in this collection. I typically don't use Store Items, but in a collection of this theme, I used Island Villa. Lots of Island Villa, especially the doors, archways, and the ceiling lights.

Lurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrvely! So calm and relaxing. The minimal landscaping really makes the Lot look like it's part of the beach which I love. And the massive picture windows are gorgeous, I want a bedroom like that

WOW! You've really upped the ante now young lady Seriously, that is one amazing house. All the decor items make it look truly beautiful and serene. And the blues are gorgeous. Blue really is my favourite colour to use at the moment but it's so hard to get the right shade so the rooms don't look cold.

I love the mixture of walls and fencing. You can almost feel the breeze as you relax on the bed.

I think since I still have more money that can be spent on the starter, I'll add some bushes and a palm or two, maybe some more deco outside as well. ^_^

And don't be silly about the talent, I just shove a whole load of objects together and CAS them to death. You should see some of the houses I don't upload - shocking!

I did add a bit more plants to the Starter, so it looks a little more natural, still well under 16.5K for it as well ^_^

Currently working on the big house, seems to be going well so far. Game started lagging a bit, so I figure I'll give the computer a reboot just to make sure I start the game as clean as possible.

I believe I've gotten all building and decorating done, just need to get a sim in there to catch screens, do appliance upgrades and the like. ^_^
